Meet the BHP Family
Welcome from Jessica Kurrle, MS, LGPC, ADHD-CCSP
(she/her/hers)

Jessica holds a Masters in Professional Counseling from McDaniel College and a certification as an ADHD Clinical Service Provider. Previously, she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration Marketing from Towson University.
As a wife and Mom to twin 14-year old boys who has managed her own marketing consulting practice for more than ten years, Jessica understands the feeling of being pulled in many directions at once.
An empathetic listener and a creative person who brings humor and warmth to the therapy room, Jessica enjoys helping people unlock their potential in all areas of life.
Jessica believes that therapy is a safe space to explore childhood experiences and what you learned about yourself and how to relate to others, informs and affects your present. Using a variety of treatment modalities, Jessica is committed to helping you identify and uncover if old patterns are still serving, and if not how to change them.
From a clinical perspective, Jessica is a person-centered therapist who enjoys working with adults struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and/or ADHD. She finds meaning helping people adjust to life’s big transitions like marriage, parenting, new motherhood, graduation, a new job, a recent or upcoming move, the loss of an important person or the end of a relationship, to name a few.
When she’s not driving her teenage sons around, Jessica enjoys reading, hiking with her six-year-old yellow Lab, camping with family and friends, practicing yoga, working out, and spending time with family and loved ones.
